THERA PRAX® Q-EEG
Standardized and safe Q-EEG, Neurofeedback and Biofeedback training
The THERA PRAX® Q-EEG is another of our successful family of products for direct current EEG-Feedback / Neurofeedback and Biofeedback. It combines the convenience of a complete, ready-to-use system and the safety of a CE-certified medical device.
The 22-channel THERA PRAX® Q-EEG system allows neurofeedback of slow cortical potentials (SCP), frequency neurofeedback (alpha, theta, beta, delta and SMR) with frequency ratios as well as the generation of quantitative DC-EEG (Q-EEG) including spectral analysis. There are a large number of sensors available for a wide variety of feedback training types. For example, it is possible to measure and provide feedback on pulse, temperature, heart rate, EMG, ECG, oxygen saturation and galvanic skin response.
Besides a large number of software modules such as cognitive evoked potentials (CNV, P300, readiness potential etc.), the system can provide unique, automatic correction for eye movements and movement artifacts.
The extensive fields of application for the THERA PRAX® Q-EEG include:
- increasing attention and reducing hyperactivity (ADHD)
- containing or even suppressing seizures (epilepsy)
- improving motor function following a stroke
- reducing disposition to migraine and the frequency of attacks
