Prof. Dr. Ralf Th. Kersten (b. 1947)

Prof. Kersten studied physics at the TU Munich and the University of Innsbrück between 1966 and 1973. He subsequently gained a PhD in the area of optical communications on a grant from SIEMENS AG.
Between 1977 and 1982 he was Professor of High Frequency Technology at the TU Berlin and performed extensive research work in the field of optical sensors and signals communications for the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and Schott Glaswerke in Mainz.
Prof. Kersten is has been working in senior managerial positions for 15 years, as Managing Director of JENOPTIK Technologie GmbH, JENOPTIK Laserdiode GmbH and ZENIT GmbH. He has worked as an independent management consultant since January 1, 1999.
In 2001 Prof. Kersten became CEO of eldith Electro-Diagnostic & Therapeutic Systems GmbH with responsibility for sales, organization and administration. He has the same responsibilities at neuroConn GmbH.
Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Schellhorn (b. 1967)

Klaus Schellhorn studied electrical engineering at the TU Ilmenau between 1989 and 1995, subsequently working as a fellow and research assistant at the Institute for Biomedical Technology and Computer Science at the TU Ilmenau.
His research focused local light stimulation of the retina, signal processing of bio-electrical signals and the localization of cortical sources in the human brain. His responsibilities included holding seminars and practical workshops on the subject of digital signal processing, on methods of medical measuring technology, the electrical safety of medical devices and the capture of bio-electrical signals.
In 2001 Klaus Schellhorn became CTO of eldith Electro-Diagnostic & Therapeutic Systems GmbH with responsibility for development, production and quality assurance. He has assumed corresponding responsibilities at neuroConn GmbH.
Manuel Reitmeier (b. 1976)

Manuel Reitmeier joined mic GmbH after training as a banker and 7 years with Deutsche Bank, becoming executive director and being responsible since that time for the group's development of new businesses, investment, organization and all financial affairs.
